Zinc Rich Primer

Advance coat offer various range of Zinc rich primer with excellent corrosion protection of different zinc content for inorganic and organic zinc rich primer.

Advance Coat IOZ 80 is an inorganic zinc rich primer base on ethyl silicate reinforce by type I or Type II zinc dust. The zinc content is more than 80% by solid. It has excellent galvanic protection and can be apply upto 100 microns without cracking.

Advance Coat IOZ is a cost effective yet have good anti-corrosive property for long term protection. It is a high build zinc primer which can be apply upto 100 microns. It is base on ethyl silicate and zinc dust and optimum pigmentation for good anti-corrosive protection.

Advance Coat EPZR 80 is a epoxy polyamide/amine system zinc rich epoxy system. The zinc content is 80 % by solid and can be use for long term protection for steel structure.

Advance Coat EPZR is a economical epoxy polyamide/amine system zinc primer system for long term protection for steel structure. It can be apply as temporary protection primer with good corrosion protection at 50 microns.
