Advance coat offer various type of shop primer of epoxy zinc phosphate primer, epoxy zinc rich primer and inorganic zinc primer with excellent welding and cutting properties and reasonable short term protection of 6 months to a year for steel structure. It require minimum secondary surface preparation and it is compatible to various subsequent coat from different paint manufacturer. |

Advance coat offer two main category of tin-free anti fouling(AF) system : hybrib and hydrolysis type which is comply with the IMO International Convention on the Control of Harmful Anti-fouling Systems on Ships adopted in October 2001.( AFS/CONF/26) |
Advance Coat AF HB is a hybrid AF using hydration and hydrolysis mechanism for self polishing activities and enhance the anti-fouling properties with cuprous oxide and effective biocide. It is suitable for 3 years specification for vessels travelling in tropical area and other.
Advance Coat AF HY is a tin free hydrolysis type AF using cuprous oxide and biocide with excellent self polishing effect. The AF is enhance by continual release of biocide and renewal of paint film on the reaction layer. It is suitable for 5 years specification for coastal and ocean going vessels.
Sealer Coat
Advance Coat AF Sealer is a effective sealer coat for AF coating base on polyvinyl system which comply to AFS/CONF/26 Annex 1 as a sealer coat for tin-base AF coating. It has good compatibility and adhesion to various AF coatings system from different supplier.
Tank coating
Advance Coat NT is a non tar high solid epoxy coating for water ballast tank. This product come with light color which is inline with IMO for easy inspection of tank coating. It have excellent resistance to sea water, chemical and impact and suitable to use for water ballast tank and crude oil tank.
Advance Coat SH is high solid epoxy coating with excellent abrasion resistance for cargo hold tank. It is a cost effective and durable coating system for good performance and prolong maintenance job. It have excellent impact and abrasion resistance for coal, iron ore and other cargo.
Advance Coat Phenolguard is a phenolic epoxy coating for product carrier. It has excellent chemicals resistance to over 6000 of chemicals transported around the world. It is comply to FDA requirement.
Advance Coat Chemguard is a pure epoxy polyamide/amine adduct system for chemical tank. It has excellent chemical resistance, water and adhesion properties. It is compliance to FDA requirement and suitable for chemical tank, water tank and product carrier.
Finish Coat
Advance Coat Weatherguard is a high gloss, non-yellowing polyurethane coating for top side , superstructure, accommodation and yacht . It have excellent weatherability and gloss retention , excellent resistance to chemical , water and sea water.
Advance Coat EP Finish is a epoxy top coat with good adhesion, chemical and water resistance.
Advance Coat ACRY Finish is a acrylic system for good weathering properties, chemical and water resistance and suitable for general application.
